SB09DC recap.
SB09DC is donesies. And it was beautiful. Jesus did work in DC and in our family.
So here are some snapshots of DC through my eyes.
I spent Sunday with the P&E team. My lifey, Amanda, and future midtern made me feel right at home in her group .
I got to see the Air & Space Museum. This picture was taken on the side of some space shuttle thing. I dunno. I’m not much into museums. it was pretty cool, though.
So the ministry sites went really well, but sadly, I forgot my camera during most of my travels in the week. So now…skip toward the end.
And now, the boys’ dream come true: fresh fish on the wharf on Wednesday.
They like local food and fish caught off the same dock it’s cooked.
So on wednesday, we hunted down this lovely local grill.
yep. They loved it.
I got shunned for a few minutes for not eating the seafood, but hey, it was worth it to see the guys get so excited over fish.
And that’s just a little of what happened in DC.
Overall, Jesus did incredible things. People met Jesus who had never met Him before. There was healing confession and repentance…and a lot of great community building.
Thanks, Jesus. I truly cannot thank You enough.
